That is clear, whether one believes in religion or not, whether one believes in this religion or that religion, we all are seeking something better in life. "I believe that the very purpose of our life is to seek happiness. The Art of Happiness (Riverhead, 1998, ISBN 1-57322-111-2) is a book by the 14th Dalai Lama and Howard Cutler, a psychiatrist who posed questions to the Dalai Lama.
